You got to post pics!! Sounds like what I might be looking for! I'm in the middle of selling my 99 Hugger Orange Z w/RS package. Also, GM did paint the SS models this color, I was parked next to one at ALL GM Carlisle a few years back. He was from NY too!! Larry.

Actually Larry they did not from the factory. If you saw one, it was likely a Berger Chevrolet car (they did repaint them) or a Z28 with SS hood, spoiler and wheels.

In 1999, SS came in Black, Red, White, Silver, Pewter, Navy Blue Metallic, Hugger Orange. You could not order an SS in Bright Blue Metallic, Bright Green Metallic, Mystic Teal or Sport Gold Metallic (Very limited run in 99 on the Gold period).

$12,800 obo. If you're interested I wouldn't miss this car. Nothing to hide and it's a steal at this price.

Disagree! If I bought the car I'd take it back to near stock appearance immediately.

The RS package along with everything else people do to these cars ruins them.

People have no taste. Leave the appearance stock, aside from lowering the car, a decent set of wheels/tires, and a shorty antenna.
