1998 pontiac trans am ws6 6-speed 34k miles 228r cam full bolt-ons 390whp z06 brakes
Year: 1998
Make: Pontiac
Model: Trans Am
Price: $15700
Mileage: 34000
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): GA
Color: Black
Transmission: Manual
Drivetrain: Rear Wheel Drive
Very clean car, rides very smooth and corners like its on rails. Have original window sticker, car has all the options available minus traction control, very rare as most cars had traction.
The car has a TEXAS SPEED 228R cam 112 LSA with every supporting mods that are required to run the setup properly. Full mod list below. Car is dyno tuned it makes 390RWHP and it still gets 27 MPG on the highway. The car is very tight as it has full suspension mods and welded in subframe connectors since the car was new so the doors and T-tops are tight. The car has gone a best of 12.7 at 115 mph. The car is a 11 second car with a good 60' based on the mph it traps. I have never launched the car as it still has the 10-bolt rear.
The paint is very clean the underneath is spotless, it does not have a single leak. It drives and brakes straight and the car is overall one of the nicest f-body's i've seen.
Also a HUGE plus this car was made in april of 98 which based on the info the factory still used the older style glue/epoxy when putting on the sail panel/roof. This is a huge problem on 98-02 camaro/firebirds since the never style glue/epoxy ate away at the fiberglass roof and caused it to eventually bubble and the roof would look like crap, and just repainting it would not fix the problem as the epoxy would just eat through again, the only way to fix it is to put a new sailpanel/roof on and use a different epoxy, which is a huge hassle and a lot of pricey work. Below is a full list of mods, i am firm on the price so no low balling and absolutley no trades..

Nice car with the right mods! Free bump. Out of curiosity, what intake is on the car? If its a 98' LS1 intake, theres a good 20hp on the table just from an intake swap. I'm running 350hp/360tq with full bolt ons and a tune with no cam (LS6 intake). Good luck with the sale.
