I’m posting up my 2006 Phantom Black Metallic, 6 speed GTO with 43k miles. I am the 2nd owner and have owned since 2008 where it was purchased as a GM certified vehicle. It has spent the last 4 years as my ‘nice weather commuter’.

The interior is in excellent condition (not a smoker) and the leather is routinely cleaned and conditioned which hopefully shows in the pictures. The exterior is also in great condition, though the rims have a small amount of curb-rash.
The vehicle runs great and has never had any significant mechanical problem. I have done all maintenance myself – recently including freshening up every fluid in the car. All oil changes with synthetic in 3000 – 4000 mile intervals (VR1 oil).

I bought the car completely stock at ~7,000 miles. At 33,000 miles I installed some long tube headers. At 36,000 miles I installed a cam/valvetrain. That was nearly 2 years ago. Late last year, I bought a 2nd GTO that was already built and thus had no need for this one to be modded. I demoded the car and have been driving it around in nearly stock form. However, I find that I just don’t drive the car often enough to justify having 2 GTO’s. Thus, as much as it pains me, I’m putting this up for sale so someone else can enjoy it.
The only mods this car currently has are listed below.

- Stainless Magnaflow Exhaust
- Vararam (Over the radiator) intake (eliminates heat soak effects in hot weather)
- Stainless clutch lines/speed bleeder (corrects deficiencies in the stock hydraulic system)
- Upgraded stock paper speakers to JBL speakers
Still have stock exhaust and intake

nice car....so it had a cam and headers...then you bought another modded gto so you removed the cam and headers from this one?

Yes, this was my nice 'weekend' car with headers and cam. Came across a deal on an extremely modded GTO last year that I couldn't let go. No need to have 2 modded 'weekend' cars, so I'm letting this one go.

If it weren't for some issues that I ran into on the 2nd one, I'd probably be keeping this as my DD.

gotcha...just dont understand why you would eliminate a nice valvtrain once its already done is all.nice car though.
