LS Engine?: Car has LS engine

Well, I never thought this day would come, but I have to put the DriftGoat up for sale. It sucks, but it is what it is, so without getting sentimental, let's move on with the ad, shall we?

Details:
2004 Pontiac GTO. Impulse Blue Metallic, Blue Leather, 4 Speed Auto, 59,300 miles. 374hp/356tq on a mustang dyno. Anyone who has ridden in or driven my car can attest to how fast it is, despite the dyno numbers. I'm not gonna lie and say the car was never run hard, because it was, but it was always well maintained. Mobil 1/Q synthetic every 3k miles, diff fluid was changed out less than 10k miles ago, when I changed the LSD unit.

-Stock LS1 bottom end.
K&N Cold air intake
-Ported stock LS6 intake manifold
-Shaner S3 Ported & polished throttle body
-Comp LSXR 227 cam (277Lr HR13: 227/235 .614/.621 113 lsa) -1800-7000rpm powerband
-243 heads with patriot dual valvesprings
-Rocksand Racing poly motor mounts
-American Racing Headers longtubes, jet-hot coated black with catted mids
-Corsa touring cat-back
-Pedders front struts with 0 drop springs, Pedders big bore rear shocks with -5/16" lift springs
-BMR strut tower bar
-3000rpm Edge Racing Stall converter
-Performabuilt 4L60-E Level 2 Transmission (Less than 10,000 miles on it)
-Trans cooler (Forget what brand, it came with the transmission)
-Detroit TruTrack LSD.
-SLP Line-lock
-ASA 17"x8" and 17"x9" Mesh wheels with Falken Azenis RT-615 on all four corners, 245/45/17 front, 275/40/17 rear
-Noltec Diff bushing
-Whiteline front radius rod bushings
-Holden aluminum skidplate
-SCSS Gator pod with dual Aeroforce interceptor scan gauges, green lighting
-Stock radio with AUX input
-6000k HIDs, low beams and fogs
-2006 factory tail lights with all LED bulbs, as well as replacement relay so that they flash at the right speed
-All interior lights converted to blue LEDs, Map lights are white LEDs
-Phantom Black Metallic trunk insert
-Shifter boot converted to manual one, with T/C button relocated to factory M6 location
-Upper grills painted gloss black with reflective blue lettering, lower grill surround painted gloss black (Fake SAP mod)
I'm sure there's a bunch more small stuff I'm forgetting.

The good:
Car has less than 10k miles on the new trans & LSD, and less than 7k on the pushrods, lifters, cam, and springs. It has only made 3 passes on the current setup, and they were all 12.1x while spinning the first 60 feet. On the previous setup, with a much smaller cam, the car ran amultiple 12.00-12.26 passes with a best pass of 11.99. It was a daily driver for the first 4 years I owned it, making a 100 mile round trip commute, 5 days a week, for about 6 months with no issues.

The bad:
Car was in an accident last year, I was sandwiched in a 5 car hit. No exterior body panels were affected or replaced aside from the bumpers, bumper bars, and the trunk floor pan was repaired. I can provide pictures if needed. Car also does not currently run perfect, it starts and idles fine, but the RPMs drop every once in a while when I come to a stop while driving, and rarely resulting in the engine shutting off. I have no idea what it is, might just be a simple tuning issue as the oil pressure and everything else all seem good. Also, the front strut top bushings need to be replaced, as there is a slight clunk while turning, and they seem to be sitting a bit high.

I'm looking for $10,000, open to offers though. Now onto the pics:

I also have some extra and stock parts I can throw in if you promise not to lowball me to kingdom come.

For what I'm asking you could probably swap the trans and have it still be cheaper than another GTO with these mods.
