Default ttt

so if someone sent you a grand to hold it for a few weeks or a week. or whatever. and somethin fell through....you would keep there money? is that all non refundable deposits u have in ur hand .. just kidding. but i wouldnt do that to someone personally.and putting your ford up on ls1tech with 10 grand in your hand is a bit harsh as well. it is a nice car...and seems to be a decent price. i just sold a 2004 cobra i hated the damn thing...lol. good luck man

"I know it sounds a little harsh, I am just a straight shooter, no BS kinda guy. Just frusterated at peope. Esp when someone calls, we make a apt. and he tries to cut me down with no money in hand when he says CASH IN HAND offer and of course, the bank turns him down for a car loan and he wasted my entire morning. My feedback speaks for itself. Im a no BS seller. Title in hand. I expect a no BS buyer."

I sold my 03 cobra a while ago... but the that car is the reason I make my for sale threads the way I do. I had it for sale. a 2003 sonic blue with a ton of mods, single turbo, full suspension, ect ect ect. for a steal $21,000. Had a guy come look at the car, said he would take it. Said it wasnt a problem and he would do $21,000 in cash.. He gave me a grand deposit on the spot, and said saturday he would pick it up with the balance in cash.... 3 weeks go by of him saying its all good, just got jammed up at work.. then turns out his bank wont give him a loan.. and I had several people who actually could buy the car and I could of sold it weeks and weeks before it actually sold.

It just weeds out the tire kickers. I am so tiered of hearing crap like "I will buy your car... as soon as my GT mustang sells" or "hey man wanna trade me for a 1983 iroc that just needs a tune up, a ps3 controller, a dead pitbull sign straight up even trade??" it get old very fast.

thank you. the car speaks for itself. its very very very clean
