I would definitely carfax that car, in the first picture it looks like the passenger front fender is slightly lighter than the passenger door and rear quarter panel. It could be the light, but I'm thinking it may have been in a crash.

Most likely this is a formula that someone put ws6 wheels on, no advertisement of it being a ws6 and the car looks to be sitting a little to high to have the ws6 suspension, the panel I believe is just thanks to the lighting and angle of the picture, good looking car though regardless of it being a ws6 or not

Ya it does look like its sitting a little bit high, and I also noticed the color difference between the fender and the rest of the car but one thing I've learned over the years is that pictures can be ultra deceiving. You have to see the car in person to make a judgement. Its probably just the lighting in that showroom.
I'm beginning to think if this dealer had any common sense he would list it as a WS6 if it truly was. Being that there should be a WS6 emblem on the rear bumper if it is the real deal.

I'm gonna say its legit. It's got the Hurst shifter. The lighting is off, half the car is sitting in the front atrium, half in the artificial light showroom, that is why the color looks off. The interior needs a detail job. There was 81 pewter Formula ws6s built that year, and ther are still a few of them floating around. The dealer would help his sale by posting a pic of the door codes, this is one of a few "stock" examples left out there.
