I am the third owner of this Suburban. My father-in-law owned the car from about 20,000 miles until about 180,000 miles. I have daily driven this car for over a year while my Formula sat in the garage. It is obviously a great poor weather/tow vehicle. I am selling because my wife is pregnant, and I bought a 2012 VW GTI as my babymobile. The Formula and the Suburban have to go.
The good:
This car has been a reliable daily driver since I bought it. It does all of the things you would expect from a large SUV. The transmission shifts smoothly.
The bad:
-No a/c (heat works fine)
-Front passenger window rolls down about 2 inches only. The rest of the windows work fine.
-Power door locks do not work (have to lock and unlock manually)
-Some rust (will show in pictures)
-I always let the fuel pump prime for about 5 seconds before starting the car, but it starts every time
I might be forgetting a few things, so please let me know what questions you have.
