LS Engine?: Car has LS engine

For sale is my 2001 Camaro SS. It is a gem! It has 14K babied and pampered miles. It has never been to the track, but puts down 465 rear wheel horsepower! To find a nicer 2001 Camaro SS, you will need a time machine. The car is extremely clean. Exterior, interior and even the undercarriage. It is never driven in rain. It doesn't come out of the garage on a cloudy day. I even painted the axle tubes gloss black and clear coated the rear differential so none of those components would get any rust. The car has been under my obsessive care and protection since Spring of 2003 and the original owner was a 50 year old (at the time) gentleman who sold it to get his wife a C5 Corvette.

The motor and suspension are completely stock, so it is a good car for someone looking for something less "hardcore" than a fully modded race car. It could be a daily driver if you really wanted it to be, but the car is simply way too nice for that.

The car has been modified with a Vortech V9G supercharger kit and has THE PROTOTYPE air lid from Spectacle Solutions for 4th gen LS1 F-bodies running the Vortech. It also has a 2004 ZO6 MAF and related couplers as well as all supporting mods to make the supercharger kit work great (fuel pump, injectors etc).

It also has a SPEC stage 3 clutch and pressure plate to hold the increased power, but the transmission, driveshaft, and rear end are stock. Therefore flogging it down the quarter mile is not a good idea, but "spirited" highway driving is very fun. The upside is that the car rides very gentle and smooth and aside from the blower whine you don't know you are in such a powerful car until you nail the throttle. The exhaust still has stock manifolds and catalytic converters! It has nearly new factory converters due to the TSB that came out a few years ago. I had the local chevy dealer honor it and install brand new cats. The factory Y pipe has been replaced with an SLP Y pipe and the rear muffler has been deleted and straight pipe welded in a "D" shape in the back. It is tastefully done and the car definitely has an exhaust note but it not obnoxiously loud.

Super loaded! Leather, T-tops, power everything, CD changer in the trunk, Traction Control with SLP reversal switch (defaults traction control to "off" rather than "on" when you start the car).

The car has never been bumped, never been painted (aside from the underside of the hood to finish out the supercharger install - looks great). It has never spent a night outside in it's life. It is either in the garage or parked where I can see it at a car show, etc.

FRESH General Extreme tires, with no more than 500 miles on them. They replaced the original F1's which still had plenty of tread, but I didn't trust them any longer due to age.

I have the original window sticker and an entire folder full of documentation to include the Vortech installation manual and dyno graphs.
I have a lot more photos, if seriously interested just email me and I'll send.
