Theres a couple minor rock chips by the gas tank. 3 to be exact. Each very very small. No deep scratches. I am the 2nd owner from what I remember on the autocheck. Was not driven this winter by myself as I have a Honda Element to daily.

Dude, call some banks give them the vin...they will tell you loan value, if there is any difference it's on you cash out of pocket.
