Hey Guys! Up for sale is my LSX swapped 1971 Chevelle SS Wagon Clone. This is such a cool car with a lot of the creature comforts that the newer cars have. This swap was done right and not a hacked together junk swap you see in other vehicles. This is a car you will rarely see at a car show, and I’ll bet you won’t see one done like this. Pack up, put the entire family in, go for a cruise, or take it across the Country!
Here is a quick list of some of the cool features:
-2010 5.3 LS engine w/upgraded 4L65E 37k miles on engine
-Air conditioning
-Cruise Control
-Keyless Entry
-Full Stereo w/ipod and usb hookup
-Digital Dash
-Power Steering & Power Brakes
-Overdrive Transmission
-Led dome lights & led 3rd brake light
-25mpg+ highway fuel economy
Walk Around Part 1
Walk Around Part 2
There a few aftermarket parts on the vehicle listed below:
-Tubular upper and lower a-arms
-Cross drilled and slotted front rotors
-Boxed lower control arms
-Torque Thrust II wheels
-Magnaflow true dual exhaust w/h-pipe
In my walk around video I stated the engine had 19k miles when originally installed, it actually had only 12k miles on it when installed. So the total mileage is 37k miles on the engine currently.
I do have receipts and very detailed documentation on the swap for the buyer, kind of like a new age owners manual.
As you can see it is a good-looking, cool car that will turn heads everywhere you go before you even pop the hood.
However, this is a 40+ year old car and IS NOT perfect by any means. The paint/body in my professional opinion is a 20 footer. Meaning the car looking amazing from 20’ away, the closer you get you’ll notice the imperfections. The interior is very nice, all new carpet, seats, door panels, dash, headliner etc. This car is driver quality, leave it the way it is, or make it perfect. I will spend more time going over the entire car with serious buyers.
This car drives down the road straight, steering is tight, brakes are awesome. It is such an absolute joy to drive that you’ll want to make it your daily driver.
I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment getting in this wagon and driving it cross-country. With that being said, drive it home, or trailer it if you are the buyer.
I am asking $19,000 for wagon. I will consider partial trades plus cash.
PM me if you’re interested, or for a fast response call/text me @ 847-420-31FiveOne
Thanks,
Tim
