1976 CADILLAC ELDORADO


My wife and I are selling our very orignal 1976 Cadillac Eldorado Convertible. The 76 Eldorado was the last of the full size convertibles from GM. This car is a 2 owner car with 70k original miles on it. The car is in great shape but could use some TLC to be a show quality car...that's what I had intended to do but I just have too many project on the table right now...so I am offering it for sell at a great price to someone willing to do the little things the car needs.


Drivetrain
The car is powered by the numbers matching 500 cubic inch engine that came in the car. It cranks and runs great. The AC is all there and works...but will need some Freon added. The brakes are new...and work great.

Paint and Body
The car has had one repaint several years ago...and looks great. I would rate it a solid 9 out of 10 with the exception of the rubber fillers that will have to be replaced. The top is in good shape but does not go up and down...I think it needs a new power top relay but haven't looked into it. Over all the paint and body car is an above average driver quality car...with the new fillers and some touch ups it could be show quality (without having to repaint the car...it doesn't not need a paint job!)

Interior
The all original blue interior is in overall good shape as well. The rear seat has some seam separating at the top and that would need to be addressed. The rest of the interior should clean up and look great. It still has the original radio and the power antenna works. The power windows all work great.

Make no mistake this car does need some TLC but it is a VERY NICE and rock solid starting point and will make a great car with just a little time and work. If it doesn't sell I will do the work it needs and the price will more than double...so this is a great opportunity for someone looking for a car like this.
