Also has Anti-roll bar New brake accumulator/master cylinder. New front runner tires. 275/60 Drag radials 6pt roll bar Known Bad: Paint is a 7/10 many small imperfections and scratches. No major dents/dings. Head liner is original and cracked Interior is bare bones. Could use a little attention. Small cracks on dash Weather stripping is shot on whole car. factory front end suspension unmodified original condition. Front springs were lowered with a torch. (bumpy ride) Hood glass has some imperfections/cracks (seen in link below) Slight Bumper damage (seen in link below) Window tint job is poor at best Original windshield a little hazy Driver seat is not comfortable. (bolted to floor, not much padding) No exterior door locks Build thread and history can be found here. https://ls1tech.com/forums/forced-in...er-beware.html This was built to be a quarter mile drag car. Ride quality reflects this. I rewired the brake lights, signals, headlights to make it "Street legal". I just got it running and have not had it to the track or tuned it yet. Working to get it tagged at the moment. Cruises fine, but I wouldn't want to drive it cross country or anything. This is not a car for a big/tall guy. I'm 6'4" 220lbs and it's a chore for me to get in and out/drive. There is no room to move the seat back farther. The seat is up against the wheel tub sheet metal and bolted to the floor now. I barely fit. This is a current work in progress so I'll update the FS AD as I go. Attachment 655766 Attachment 655767 Attachment 655768 Attachment 655769 Attachment 655770 |

Awesome car. Wish it was a bit more streetable and you were looking to trade + cash for a c6 :) I've been wanting a turbo car. |
On Ur turbo is that a air filter or just a screen been looking for something that will fit my turbo car that has limited room pm if u can |
Can you pm me contact info |
Will you ship |
Sure I’d ship at the buyers expense. I’d suggest taking a look at it in person. I bought the car originally looking at pictures alone and it was a big mistake. Car looks great don’t get me wrong, but it’s no show car and rides like a race car. |
Good to see someone being 100% honest about what they are selling. |
PM me info as well?! Serious inquiry. |
this is a very cool build! wish you were closer. |
BUMP. It's "street legal". Now has working headlights (bright and standard beams). New headlight harness with 2 30a relays. Officially tagged and passed out of state vehicle inspection. (no stolen parts) Clean/clear KS title in my name. https://cimg2.ibsrv.net/gimg/ls1tech...944bd996a1.jpg |
This thing is tits. GLWS. |
I am sorry that you got taken like you did. I was close to buying the car myself, but couldn't make it into my schedule. I am glad to see you got it running well though. In your alternate thread you mentioned what work was left, how much of that is 100% necessary? I am looking for a street/strip car that looks good from 10ft. I am ok with somewhat of a project, but it has to be solid mechanically. |

Personally if I were going to drive it on the street I’d want softer suspension, replace all the rubber in the front end, better seat, headliner replaced, interior “freshened”, sound deadening, gauge lighting, minor body work on hood (or new glass hood), tint, and brakes all around. For a mainly drag setup... Front end "freshen", brakes, tune. Should be good to go. Has a new master cylinder and accum. Brake lines look good. I'd just replace the calipers/discs/pads/shoes on drums. |
Great looking car. Wish I was on the Mainland sooner than 2016, I would definitely pick it up. Good luck with the sale. |
So is it tuned at all? Any power numbers or anything? |
