2004 Cadillac CTS-V LS6 Ford 8.8 rear end
Year: 2004
Make: Cadillac
Model: CTS-V
Price: $9990
Mileage: 193000
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): DE
Color: Black
Transmission: Manual
Drivetrain: Rear Wheel Drive
LS Engine?: Car has LS engine
LS6 V8 Z06 Corvette powered Cadillac CTS-V, T-56 6 speed manual. Car is pretty quick, drives very well. Engine runs extremely smooth and quiet. Black leather interior is in great condition. Sunroof.
Car has brand new tires and brand new brembo brakes. The air conditioning compressor was just replaced, The whole A/C system was serviced. The dual zone climate control blows ice cold. Everything on the car works. Navigation, XM radio, heated seats, power windows, HID headlights, self-leveling suspension, etc
The car is completely stock except for some items that have been upgraded that always fail on all 1st generation CTS-Vs. (Wheel hop, sloppy shifter, rear differentials breaking)
- 2 piece Drive shaft from the drive shaft shop
- New upgraded axles with upgraded CV joints (eliminates wheel hop)
- Creative Steel Ford 8.8 rear differential upgrade with 4.10 gears (bullet proof rear end, can handle lots of power without worrying about it breaking)
- Lingenfelter Short Shifter (fixes sloppy shifter)
This whole setup costs $5000 and is a must if you plan on making a 1st generation V fast as the original rear ends always break. This one will not.
The car is in amazing shape for the mileage/year. You won't find another CTS-V with all of the 04-07 issues addressed for this price.
I am selling as I am getting married soon and need the money for the wedding.
(lowered price) $9,990 Looking for a quick sale
