I am the second owner. Car was special ordered and picked up through Nimnicht Chevy in Jacksonville Fl. It is a "stripper" model with only these options:
rear defrost
Hurst shifter
Monsoon stereo
speed rated tires
When picked up, the car had less than 2 miles on it
It has a fully forged bottom end. The heads are from the 383 that was preciously in the car, and the intake setup is stock aside from a port and polished throttle body. Even with the car begging for more air with this setup, it still made 500WHP. It was tuned by Ed Hutchings while he was at VA Speed, who is incredible at tuning LS motors. Here is his website: www.hitechtuning.com Last time I talked to Ed he specifically remembers this car, and was impressed with the numbers it made given the stock intake setup.
Short list of modifcations. I have all receipts from the engine build. Runs GREAT!
LQ9 iron block 408
Fully forged
fully blanced
TES 5.3 stage 1.5 heads, 2.05 intake 1.60 exhaust
Spec stage 3 clutch
Hooker headers
"Borlamouth" exhaust
LS6 intake with P/P TB
Strange 12 bolt shortened 2.5" each side with 4.10 gears
Bogart RR 10 wheels 17x11 5.25" back spacing
315/35/17 M.T. ET Streets in the rear 275/40/17 Nitto NT555 in the front. BRAND new.
Audio:
Alpine head unit
Infinity 6.5s in doors and sail panels, no speakers in hatch
Issues:
Driver side sun visor broke off somehow.
Driver side mirror seems to have a broken spring in it, as the mirror is being pulled all the way to one side, and cannot be adjusted with the **** inside the car.
I have never used the nitrous. This motor has never seen nitrous. It was on the car when I bought it, but it was not working. I haven't tried to fix it.
The car doesn't get driven much at the moment. I go out and start it up frequently, and I have a battery tender on it. It is garage kept, but it could use a good detailing.
Thank you for taking the time to look.
Most current picture. Wheels were disassembled, polished, and rebuilt with all new hardware by pro rim repair. New Nittos and ET Streets were put on at the same time.

I'm not 100% sure...but I am pretty sure it's in the rules you have to post an asking price.
Either way, your car seems nice, get more pics if you can and good luck!

Sure haven't. I think I've put about 200-250 miles on it since the picture of the Odometer.
I've left it up on forums but stopped advertising it locally. Still willing to sell it for the right offer though.

Bump. Mileage is now roughly 22,500. Not really looking to trade for a family car anymore, would really love something else fun. LS swapped Rx7 (FD), LS swapped 280/240 Z. Older muscle cars, just something different. Not really interested in something you see everyday. On old done up F100 would be cool.
Just recently moved into my new house, so I have things going on there to put money into, but still intend on trying to address the rear end when I can.
