Default 1998 s10 - 5.3 ls swap

Year: 1998

Model: S-10
Price: $6300
Mileage: 128123
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): OH
Color: Red
Transmission: Automatic
Drivetrain: Rear Wheel Drive
LS Engine?: Car has LS engine

I bought this truck about 6 months ago with the intentions of making it a daily driver/weekend warrior. I did all of the suspension modifications listed below, brakes, wheel bearings, got the heat working, did a transmission swap, and a bunch of other misc. stuff to get it dependable/functional. Then I decided to build another dedicated drag truck which means this one needs to go.

Feel free to ask me any questions and I'll do my best to answer them, but please know that I did not originally build this truck which means there are some questions that I will not be able to answer.

Information from Craigslist post:

All the suspension stuff was done within the last 1,000 miles. Fresh transmission out of a 99 Camaro was just swapped and remote cooler added. Electric Fans work off of a thermostat switch as they should, same with the remote trans cooler. All factory gauges work, which is rare in most swaps. All lights, turn signals, horn, and accessories work. Heat works, no AC, but wouldn't be hard to add if someone wanted to. Clean OH title.

This is a very cool little truck and is a blast to drive. I commute 52 miles to work every day and have never had a problem with it. Only selling to help fund other projects. I am open to reasonable offers, but please know that I do not have to sell. It wouldn't pain me at all to keep this truck and throw some power at it this summer.

I'm open to partial trades, but there's got to be some cash on your end as well. Maybe a 4x4 s10 or ranger, Cummins performance stuff, gooseneck trailers, wedge trailers, car haulers, etc. I do not need help selling.

Text is best, but I will field phone calls as time permits. 513-526-3960

Mileage on the chassis is 128,xxx but will change as I do drive it occasionally. I'm not sure what the mileage on the motor is. I was told approximately 80,000-85,0000 miles, but I cannot confirm that.

I'm open to offers, wasn't really sure how to price this thing as most of the LS swaps I have seen over the years seem to vary in prices quite a bit.

I also have updated pictures that I have not yet uploaded to Craigslist. Most of the pictures on there are from when I first bought the truck. Feel free to contact me for those if interested.

You're right, I overlooked the fact that my old ad had expired and I had to create a new ad. Thank you for pointing that out.
