I would still like to sell this. It currently has 103,395 miles on it and I still have not put the new headers on. I have only driven it once since my wedding last October. Make me an offer- I'd really like to sell this before it sits here another winter.

Only that it needs the headers put on. I have them with new gaskets and Stage 8 locking bolts ready to go on. If you dont mind an exhaust tick, its perfect I'd probably go through and retighten some clamps on the cold side, and have a fresh tank of fuel before any WOT runs.

I was planning on installing a larger turbo for more power down the road. The turbo on it is smallish, but works really well on a truck this size. It spools pretty quick and makes gobs of torque. It shifts at a little over 5grand- lots of 5.0 guys rev them higher (6000+). But for a 4500lb truck, I didnt see it necessary. It makes good power off the line, and still pulls hard up top. The only reason I havent put it on a dyno is because it is AWD. We did our WOT runs for tuning on the interstate. I would estimate based on the tuning datalogging that it is somewhere around 360-380whp at current boost levels. My tuner told me there was still more power available with timing, but I wanted a very safe tune.

what size is the turbo now? whats the biggest you would go to keep spool times to a minimum? FLP over here in naperville, IL has an AWD dyno.

The turbo on it now is a 58mm I believe. You could go up close to a 70mm as long as the turbine was small. A larger exhaust pre turbo would help if you went that large. The problem isnt in finding an AWD dyno, it is finding a synchronized awd dyno. Pulling the front driveshaft is an option too.
