LS1TECH - Camaro and Firebird Forum Discussion - WTB: 04-06 CTS-V

Looking for a 04 to 06 CTS-V. I'd prefer the an LS6, but it's not critical. My wish list would be (by priority):

1. Under 50k miles
2. Some remaining factory warranty
3. Exterior: Black, Silver, Stealth Gray (in that order). Not really a fan of Red, but would consider one if it meets all my other criteria and the price is right.
4. Interior: Black, Gray, Tan (in that order, but Tan is really pushing it for me). I have young kids so black would be best. :)
5. I'd prefer the car be from a southern state (preferrably in the Houston area or Texas so I don't have to travel far or ship), but that's not critical if the price is right.
6. It would be nice if the car has already had the rearend-skip issue fixed.

I don't really care for mods, although, it wouldn't prevent me from considering the car since I had a modded FRC at one point. I am not willing to pay extra for someone elses mods or recent work/repairs/maintenance. I know what the market is and that's pretty much what I'm willing to pay or negotiate from. I have cash in hand and am ready to purchase for the right car/deal, but I am not in a hurry to the point where I'll overpay. I'm scanning local dealerships, ebay, and classified websites and will buy when I find a match.

My daily driver is a decent 2000 Impala LS (http://houston.craigslist.org/cto/1343195936.html), which I'm willing to use as a partial trade if someone needs a temporary DD to work the deal.
