WTB 98-02 T/A or Salvageable GTO in DE area. Looking to buy a 98-02 T/A with under 100k on it or 04-up GTO that is repairable and near drivable. Please no automatics or convertibles. Looking to spend 5-7k. Willing to drive a few hours.
