Wanted: '00 and up Donor Car I've searched without any luck for over a year now. I'm looking for a donor car for my LS1/T56 swap into my '91 'bird. I'm looking for something with damage but not some thing that has been in a lake for three years or for a swim in a volcano. But a healthy wreck is fine by me, even totalled is fine.
Preferences:
Pontiac (Formula or Trans Am; WS6 is not ideal but will do)
Black (or I guess ebony) Leather Int.
Running and Driveable (I'd like to use the drivetrain from radiator to rear end)
2000 and up would also be ideal, but not a necessity
Be nice if it was in the Western half of the US, pref. the NW, but we may be able to work something out
Not a 'vert
Looking at 5k or less, but can be negotiated if the circumstances justify it.
I know these seem a little demanding, but I am flexible. This swap has been a dream of mine for quite a while. I have searched countless forums, auctions, and salvage sites but have not come across one for a while. Any help information of the location of one would also be nice.
