just saw the new bond movie the plot was somewhat disapointing, but the action was 100%. car chases, boat chases, foot chases, airplane chases... sweetness. what did you guys think?
p.s. i don't like how they dont have any cool gadgets in the bond movies anymore. i want to see rockets coming out of the cars, and lasers coming out of watches. and more hott women

Movie sucked. I was so lost during the film I'll probably have to see it like 3 more times. The first scene was sick, the DC-3 of off the chain (<----aviation freak) but the end was a major letdown. Get over Vesper, she's ugly, annoying and a major dogger.

I think the problem here is people try to view this as a new bond movie, and what it really is is the part 2 of casino royale. I think that's what ruins it for everyone is that they think its new. You have to see it as the conclusion to Casino royale. It is fast paced and it can get confusing in some places, but it was a well done movie. I think they have gotten a little away from the bond formula that everyone is familiar with, just take a look at how successful pierce brosnan was. I think with the newer bonds they want to keep the movie grounded in reality. I think the new "gadgets" are all the things bond can do with his phone and whatnot. Its a new direction, but I think they will in a sense, get back to business with bond 23

Saw it last night and loved it Daniel Craig is an amazing bond, Im actually glad they dont have a bunch of rockets and other stupid ****, sure some would work out but for the most part they made the movie awesome without them, plus this is supposed to be a pre-bond, as in when he first becomes bond. I thought it was great.

yea thats what i dont like about it now. and ofcourse the next bond will be part 3. the thing i loved about the old bonds is they were one movie, everything was settled at the end, and it didnt make you wait a year for a conclusion.

Started of good with the car scene but when downward from there. Got to admit it has some good action but the plot was all over the place. Personally, i was disappointed.

It is a little confusing, but maybe that's how they wanted it to be. To leave the audiance a little confused, maybe like how bond was/maybe still is about everything. I read that the next one will have both q and moneypenny, and will be a new movie. I also heard that the third one might...might (small might) be part 3. They compared Quantum to SPECTRE of the old days.

saw it and liked the movie, I liked casino royale better but owell. It wasnt that confusing and the plot was definitely not bad. You gotta understand that it had to tie up a lot of loose ends with vesper. The redhead and the main girl were hot imo...drool
Really bad *** action scenes the foot chases were the best IMO

Action was cool, movie sucked. I'm glad it isn't like the other "Bond movies' as I hated the over the top crap... I loved Casino Royale but I would not consider this a "Casino Royale 2" either.
NO PLOT (at least not in the sense of the movie had any mystery, anywhere to go). A guy threatening the environment called MR. GREENE (retarded) is hunted and killed. Wow, so enthralling.
Casino Royale was raw, it had emotion and turns, it was really cool. This movie was boring DESPITE all the action...
