well see i have been seeing alot of these type ads lately, where the price seems to good to be true by a few thousand dollars - they NEVER have phone numbers on them and they dont respond to emails / well see /

i seen the same pic for a posting that was supposedly located in Gilbert, Az, and the guy never got back to me, and he wanted 5k. if it was true, i wanted to ****** it up RIGHT after he replied.
