It's Alive!!!!!
 

After a day of building the engine (cam & bolt ons) and two days of doing the swap, it started right up. :) First crank, oil pressure shot up great, idled nice. Only thing is that it's 4:30 in the morning and open headers, so I couldn't let it run for a while and do any of the preliminary tests, but it started and I'm happy. :nod: After work today I will take it for a spin and I'll see if I can get a hold of a video camera to post a vid. :D

I am a Systems Analyst, I don't think being hired help at a performance shop will pay as much. If it did, I'd be all over it! Owning my own shop on the other hand.....too bad I don't have any money to do that. :( Gotta have money to make money.

I got a mail-order tune. Not too many shops have the software to tune OBDII LT1's. But my setup is ancient, any mail order tuner can tune it.
Oil leak...you mean oil puke its guts out. I was literally adding like a quart every 2-3 weeks. I was leaking from everywhere, not to mention eating it too. :emb:
