Not to sure but i had a similar problem with my car when i first got it. i know you said you changed the spark plugs, that was my problem. try using just normal ac delco ones and double check the gap. i havent done plugs in a while, but im not sure if that sounds right. thats what fixed my problem. good luck man!

THANKS MAN, WE DOUBLE CHECKED THE GAP ON THE PLUGS AND Changed them... I need to double check the grounds again and the pcm...

Might be the brand maybe? Also any of your plug wires arcing on your exhaust or some where? Maybe one of them got burnt?
