if you buy it back it will no longer have a clean title. as soon as the insurance totals they are required to sent notice to DMV. I had a guy sell me a camaro with front end damage and he gave me a clean title in hand, but when I went to register it they saw that the insurance had totalled it and they gave me a salvaged title. Just wanted to put that out there. I don' want to try to ruin your sale just giving people a heads up about my experience.
guys, make me any offer. i will accept the highest offer (if its some what decent) if i dont get any soon, i am just going to leave the bird behind.

If i was closer and didn't have to trailer the car home to nebraska i would buy it... if it ran good enough I would BFH the hood or take it off and drive it back, lol....
