1. Place your text as a selection
2. Fill with base-color
3. Selection > Expand
4. New layer (move it behind the layer with the base color)
5. Fill with outline color
Repeat steps 2-5 as needed.

you can do it by doing three layers, each a lil bigger than the rest and then do outer and inner glow to each layer(same color for the glow to each layer btw)
and on the top layer no effect, just the middle and bottom

what color outlines did u use?white,blue,white? sorry, I'm just really trying to get this figured out.also. is this only for fonts? what if i draw my own font? can i use that layer with a outer glow?
