I had a stalled a4 in my impala. And a m6 in my former z28 I love stalled autos. Now I'm going with an a3 in the impala impala.

Had A4s in both of my IROCs, which was good because the M5s offered in those cars were junk.

My previous 96 Z28 and my 01 WS6 are M6s and I love it.The only way I would ever go back to an auto is if it were a stalled th350 or th400 in a drag setup.

A4-don't have any problems with it. i do like the M6 though.

M6, love it, thats why every sports car has one. Whenever Im ready to build my car, a built auto will help you handle the power better.

Wanted M6, but couldn't find one within 2k of what I paid for my car.

Can't really say I would prefer it given I haven't tried it.

M6. If I was a hardcore dragracer I would definatley go with a stalled auto though.

I have a M6 now, but had a A4 before. I like both equally, they both have their strengths and weaknesses.

stalled a4....

bought an m6 to DD... drove it about once a week.. drove my stalled a4 the rest of the time.. sold it a month later..

hate sticks... hate stock a4s.... love stalled a4s....

a4 =automatic=4 speed
m6=manual=6speed

M6 all the way, I did an a4 to m6 swap and have never looked back. All tho I have never driven a stalled auto, would really love to one of these days.
