Ran outta clamps when me and my friend were making an intake for his truck. Just used some good ol' fashioned JB weld to fix it lol.

One of the caliper float pins on my brakes froze up so I drilled it out and JB welded the hole, put a new pin in and used it for like 6 months before it froze up again.

My friend told me that back in the day when a rod went thru the block they used to jb weld it and they were actually able to machine it.

Well I sprayed a 100 shot on my new cam-only bolt-on's engine that I installed recently. The first pull was amazing, so I turned around and sprayed it again, this time the power felt very sluggish. Car started idling funny and I barely got it home. Checked the oil and found coolant in it, a chocolate milky brown.
Pulled the heads and I found a crack in the cylinder #5 wall.
Being low on cash and wanting a quick fix, I picked up some JB weld. I made sure to clean the cylinder wall thoroughly with brake cleaner. I smeared JB weld in the crack and smoothed it over with plastic putty knife. I let it cure for 24 hours and I sanded it down nice and flush. Put the heads back on with new gaskets and bolts and the car runs great right now.

JK f*ckers, lol.
