im scared got surgery tommorow 
like the title says i got surgery tommorow morning .. Im scared.. this is my first surgery.. Im having surgery done on my knee.. I tore 2 ligaments my acl and lcl.. And tweaked the meniscus a bit during soccer.. But yea hopefully i will get over it and once again start playing soccer..WIsh me luck

you will be scared as ****.. they will say they are going to give you something to calm you down... hour or so later you will wake up.. 
its not too bad.. i was scared my first time too.. but it was over before i knew it.. i woke up in pain though..

ive had 5 knee surgeries and my tonsils out and then emergency surgery cause they fucked it up. its no biggie, when the surgeon comes in to talk to you just tell him your very nervous, mine had a shot in his pocket and was like "oh no big deal, ill give you something to relax" goood stuff. when your on the table they have you count backward from 100. i remember 97. then i woke up. youll be ok. good luck!!!!

they told me same thing.. injected the **** into my little drip tube things.... they immediately started rolling me across the hall to the operation room.. by the time i got from one door way to the next i was out.
i do remember though right when i got in there the doctor was asking me questions about what position i played in football and how i broke my collar bone (it was a very bad break) and i was talking to him, but he was not responding and i was getting VERY upset... i asked him why nobody was talking to me and he said all i was doing was making groaning and moaning sounds no words were being spoken!
!!!

damn 5 knee surgeries? sounds like you need to give you knees some rest. To the OP getting surgery feels like if you just closed your eyes for a second and it will be over b4 you know it

I got a shot in my IV before they rolled me into the OR. I felt like I was floating on clouds before I got to the room. I was so out of it that I had no idea what was going on and I actually wacked the anesthesia mask away a few times before I was completely knocked out.
