I was wondering if anyone in the area or that uses Angelest Crest Hwy know if its re-open? Im asking about the section stretching from the 210/La Canada Flintridge to Newcombs Ranch about 26mi up. Just wondering, Ive been wanting to hit up those canyon roads again.

it is closed now.. but it will open november 30th

Are you sure about that? I called about using some hiking trails in areas that weren't even burned and they are closed until April 2010, some until June 2010.

maybe the foot trails are closed till that date but at the wrightwood forest service station it says nov. 30
