3M tape is what I was leaning towards. I'm thinking the blanket might put some swirls or scratches in the paint I just had corrected by GOFAST908Z. I don't know, it seems like the whole point of trailering it back was to prevent rock chips and bugs, ****. Now I'm considering just driving it back.
