Default HELP! Need a mechanic or willing person in san Jose Milipitas area.

Hey everyone,
Im getting a whining noise (sounds similiar to a super charger) when my car is at higher rpm, I think its my power steering pump just want a second opinion. Im currently staying in Milipitas and need to get this taken care of while i have money to do so. if anyone is willing to help me fix this I can pay you for the time as to what seems fair. Or if you know a good mechanic who does good work, but not to expensive that would be alot of help for i am a college student so you get the picture...

Agree check all the fluids. Try some wd40 on pullys or that belt spray on belt. Also could be vacuum leak try to listen for that around the lines. Also remember a buddy had a pilot bearing making the noise. If still need help hit me up.408-597-6878
