Default Helping hand Around Socal
Looking for some LS1 guidance (for a 6er).
Gonna do a rear end swap soon hopefully(big deal for me), seeing if someone could lend a hand in the gathering/swap.

Will gladly compensate with mucho

hawthorne is close by. are there any close salvage yards with WS6 rears?

You mean 3.42 posi rears? Any V6 or V8 4th gen with the door RPO codes of GU6 and G80 will have 3.42 & posi.

Salvage yards will try to take your leg for a rear end. Your best bet is to get one from a local parting or upgrading their rear end.

Find a rear, and the swap should only take maybe 30 minutes. Im in La Puente, so im pretty close to help out

no still nothing yet.
Just got a job but the hours are minimal so not much moneyz.
once i get my student loans out of the way ill start looking through CL or some local yards.
meanwhile i do need an engine degrease...

I got a rear over at pick a part on alameda. Like $80. That was two years ago
