Ls1 mechanic in Southern California I have an 98 ls1 trans am that needs work with the cooling system as well as fuel.. anyone know of any good mechanics that know about ls engines or any time of small black chevy. i really really wanna get this baby running again 
please, help!

Sweet hope to find some..
My car drives very rough.. At times it rides smooth.. And I feel it on the pedal. Then there's times where its too rough I have to press the pedal more. Also at times it will Idle smooth.. And loud.. And other times it's quiet.. I know something's wrong with my cooling system.. I replaced the thermostat 2 months ago and about 1 month in, the thermostat clogged.. So right now I drive it at night and on the freeway -.- yeah it sucks.. So in a way I need a mechanic period but I rather get someone who knows around his LSX motors/sbc's
