Didn't know where to post: heads cam ws6 vs 450ish hp stang Well one of my friends has a co worker that has a procharged 97 stang with a bored out block to a 4.8... Idk much about stangs but he claims 450ish HP to the wheel and I think I'm gonna be setup with him. I'm down to run him but after the tune of course. I have a 02 ws6 ms3 ported 243's and it's untuned for now. Give me your opinion guys. Thanks

if its a cobra, its very much possible. Ive seen stockish sn95 cobras+procharger dyno between 400-430rwhp. With a bored block im sure 450rwhp shouldnt be that difficult. If its a gt though, he might be stretching his numbers unless hes got a lot more mods. Cobras from that year, arent that heavy either. Im not sure how much power your car has, but it should be a good race.

**** no. Lol. I'm just not familiar with these setups and want to ask around. I really don't know much of what u can put into a stang and then be fast! I've seem some guys that are bolt on and tuned GTs and can't even beat a stock ls
