STOLEN Trans Am
Well I got a call from my dad telling me my 1993 Trans Am was not in my garage.
The car was located in Orem, Utah.
The specs are as follows.
1993 Pontiac Trans Am, RED and white Ram Air Hood.
383 LT1
T56 Trans
McLeod Street Twin Clutch
Ford 9" rear
STS rear mount turbo with upgraded 67MM turbo
Koni single adjustable shocks on all corners
Strano front sway bar
UMI adjustable torque arm
UMI lower control arms
UMI pan arm rod
Big Stuff 3
I am sure I am missing some stuff, but still a little shook up, i have been building the car since i was 17. The people did it didn't even take some of the parts for the car to run properly. Oh and they left some of a 30 pack of Bud Light, I guess my car wasn't even worth a whole 30 pack.
I also will offer a reward if someone knows who stole the car. IM me if you have info and we can discuss the reward.

Thanks for your comments. They got into the garage by breaking into a window in the back. Then they took a hammer and broke the drywall down. We think it is an inside job, because there are only a few people that know that car was even in there.
I am going to try to find some more pics.
As my dad said, at least my Z06 wasn't in there.
The insurance company wants to give me $2,500.00 for the claim because that's what the KBB value is.

Wait they broke into ur garage, had some beers, then took your car?
Are you sure no family members had to much to drink and went for a joyride and left the car somewhere?
Hope it gets found unharmed fast.
Goodluck

Thanks again for the comments. I have been on craigslist ebay, and anywhere else i can think of all day and night since this happened looking for the car and/or parts.
The car was stored in my rental property that has been vacant for 6 months. I have a 2 post lift so my dad will go over and use the garage to work on his cars. They were last there at the end of January, so the car has been gone for up to 6 weeks now. The garage was locked up very well, in fact i had just installed another pad lock on the inside on the one door. The only other way to get in is the electric door opener and my dad is the only one who has ever had that.
And my dad doesn't drink, he is a strict Mormon. Although in the last few days I been throwing them back pretty well.
I am working on the receipts, but the insurance company wants to depreciate everything so much because all these parts were bought over 5 years ago. I built the car, started my business and got busy as hell, so it just sat there.
And working with the PD on fingerprint or anything I can think of.

I hope your car shows up bud. I got mine stolen a few years back and it showed up 3 weeks later in an apartment parking lot. They only stole stupid little stuff and I was lucky they didnt take my motor etc. I hope the same happens to you and you find your ride.

Holy smokes... it's been gone for 6 weeks before you reported it stolen? As the weeks go by your chances are slim that you'll get it back in one piece. It could be in another country by now or hopefully parked somewhere for a long time and it got impounded.
Utah is a strange town filled with god fearing folks but overall a friendly town but it's like every other place these days with crooks who are opportunist and have no boundaries when it comes to theft.
Sorry for your loss but I do hope you get it back!
