Your O2 level should be around 1% and its 3.9% you have high NOX which is high cyl temp id say looks like a lean miss fire. The HC are high due to the misfire put a scanner on it and see what the LTFT or block learn are and post em up.

Alright cool thanks I'll have to check in the morning after work....there are no check engine light that would indicate anything so I'll get a scanner from AutoZone and see if that shows anything....

Well 95 is a goofy year obd1 with an obd2 connector unless you have an open or short to ground on a sensor its had to set a ses light. Your best bet is to get someone with a scanner besides autozone and look at fuel trims maybe clean your MAF as well

Make sure the 90 degree boot on TB is on correctly and no rips in it. Also look for any obvious vacuum leaks.

Where can I get a scanner that is compatible? Auto zone had obd1 and obd2 but the port plug for obd1 wouldn't work and the obd2 couldn't read

low co2 too.......either cats removed, or dead. also, depending on the type of cat, the high nox could be a cat problem too.....but most likely an egr problem.
