Default car meet??

I don't post much on this site, but I would like to see if we can get a meet set up in Simi Valley. Trying to get people from the area (i.e. Thousand Oaks, Moorpark, Simi Valley, Woodland Hills). If you would like to participate or suggest good locations in places other than Simi, please post. It would be nice to meet some fellow fbody/ls series owners around the area.

This might be somewhat close for you, 38mi from Simi Valley. Meet and drive up ACH.

Yeah, that's what I've realized. Do you know anybody else from the valley?

Yeah, I commented on that, I'll definitely go if I've got the money for gas. I'm a lil bit tight in cash right now, but heck aren't we all.

How many people do you guys have so far. Last time I checked it was like 12?

Yeah there is a bit over 12 people who said they may go so I would expect at least 8-10 cars unless everyone does actually go. I know its 30 something miles but youre there in 20min. Sometimes I drive from La Verne to Woodland Hills for Supercar Sundays so I know how it is. There isnt much GM only car meets but there are a few car show/cruise days close to you like Supercar Sundays and Burbank Bobs Big Boy on Fridays. There use to be a Van Nuys cruise as well on some Wednesdays. Check out www.socalcarculture.com. They got a lot of stuff on there.

Cool, thanks. My heart is definitely with GM cars, but I also like some imports and european cars. I'll definitely have to check out that Burbank Bobs Big Boy car show one of these days. Anyways, I'll let you guys know on the thread if I'm going to that Angeles Crest Cruise. I've always wanted to drive on that road.

Sounds good, hope you can make it. Btw, Bobs Big Boy is always 95% American cars, lot of GMs mostly muscle cars and classics. Supercar Sunday has marquee days for different American cars. Just gotta check out their calendar.
