He doesn't get back to people, they even stated in a post on Facebook that they don't answer the phone. They just let it ring, what kind of business does that?
I never said he wasn't a good tuner. But like I said, he is more of a hobby shop vs a shop for new customers..
The "regulars" in his area get to go on the dyno within a days notice and people that have left emails get no lead time, no response, nothing.
Hire some people to answer a phone or hire some mechanics if you want to stay in business..
He has a notorious reputation of ignoring customers..
Not bashing him, just stating the obvious so no if you don't live in his neighborhood or know someone personally over there then you are SOL..

This all being said, no need to bash me (you are sorry man), take your car somewhere else, plenty of tuners out there, not the only game in socal. We have plenty of new customers, so please don't speculate on something you frankly know zero about. My facebook is my private facebook, I am not obligated to answer any questions on there, that is meant for my friends and family. Once again I am sorry If I didn't get back to you, but I did get back 100+ other people.

Let me just clarify for people how our shop runs. I am the owner, Texas mike is my main tech, and then I have one other tech. Myself personally have to spec combinations, create estimates, tune cars (5-10 a week), take care of customers, take care of all three forums we sponsor, and take care of various other responsibilities the business requires. Somehow around all this I need to find time to have some sort of personal life with my family. Sorry cant get all emails, a lot go to my junk mail do to a issue with our website. I try my hardest to take care of every customer I can, my shop is at capacity with cars. At this time we can not hire on another front desk person, so myself and occasionally texas mike are all we got.

I vouch for CMS as well, I know Sam knows Ryne is legit.

But it's cool I'm over it ill find someone else, good luck OP

I do not reply to really anyone on the cms Facebook, as I simply do not have time, most shops have a dedicated social media person , I do not. I am working within my means, I realize I can't answer every message on Facebook and the cms Facebook is for simply posting up shop products and results... Clearly i have poor customer service this is why the shop busy...... hmmmmm.......Thank you for the advice , but the way you went about posting was ethically wrong..

Your just upset because you got called out, plain and simple.
I'm not the only person that thinks that either, why would I make it up? It must be true, I've networked a lot on tech and locally and I've heard it from at least a dozen people..
