Default Inland Empire T56 Rebuild

I am new to the the LS world and recently purchased a 1998 Z28. Still trying to learn the car. After driving for about a week I noticed a slight grind in fourth and a harder grind when shifting quickly into 3rd. Was wondering if there is anyone in Inland Empire, California that could replace my syncros or rebuild my t56. Any input would help. Trying to keep the cost under 1k. Doesn't have to be a shop just someone with some knowledge. Don't have the space or tools to do it myself. Thank you
