cam swap in so/cal What shop's would you recommend?How much am I looking that?The last question how long will they need to keep my car? I have the cam and springs.

For sure Don Lee Auto.
Turnaround time is unbeatable and the quality of the work is top notch. In fact, I'm headed there now to pick up my brother's car, they just fixed a seal in the rear end that they didn't get quite right the last time they had worked on it (free of charge) . That was over six months ago; they really stand by their work!
