It does look nice and well-kept, but I agree with kbronSS, the starting price is kinda high.

You may have better luck on ebay.

Thanks for the compliments but both of you are wrong, my price is based on the Kelley Blue Book value which doesn't include the SLP 345hp option with the CME as well as what other 02 SS's are being sold for now. And the dealer retail price what a dealer would sell my car for is way above 20 grand so it's a fair price.

Very clean SS! I personally think it's going to be for sale for a LONG time at that price though...

not even close to what some one would pay.. Kelly Blue Book is crap..

do this..

go to a dealer.. ANY dealer you want.. Hell take it to Anahiem Chevrolet since you're in Anahiem... get the trade in value... then add about 3k to the trade in value and you have price pretty close to what some one would pay..

OR

check out the prices on ebay for a car close to yours.. you'll see what we are talking about.. its because of your mileage that people are telling you its too much.. here on LS1tech.. ive seen many many many cars selling for 20k.. that had only about 20-30k miles.. IF that.. i would say you're looking at the 15k range..

it looks like your in your own little world. i sold my 02 z m6 leather with 30k miles for 15k. i think its a good deal, but thats the realistic figure people would pay if i wanted to get rid of it. the other guy was right, your around the same price if u want to sell, and thats just because its a ss with slp options. like i said before...good luck. your gonna need it.

That's a nice car and all, but I bought basically the exact same thing minus the CME for $22k 3 years ago with only 9000 miles on it, add to the fact that yours is modified and that brings the price down even more. Good luck to ya.

Were not wrong, we're just more right.

Use Edmunds TMV (True Market Value) to price your car. This is based on what people are actually paying for their vehicles in a certain geographic area.

http://www.edmunds.com/used/2002/che...tion=vdpresult

When I input the data for your car and add every single option (including the SS package as well) and in outstanding condition, I get just less than $15k for a private sale and $17k for what a dealer would sell it for.

Just trying to be helpful.
