super sport down this is what happend when u make a u turn where ur not sopposed to and i wasnt making the u turn this happend to me about an hour ago and todays my bday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh yeah Happy Bday. Even if you use the uninsured motorist clause, your rates will go up. Which sucks for you. When i got t-boned by a drunk driver. He gave false ins. paperwork, then found out it was not even valid, and i had to use my ins. My rates almost doubled (progressive). Needless to say i waited til they fixed my car then cancelled the day i got it back.

Just to let you know Mercury has a 100% fault clause that states that you will not need to pay deductable if the other person is found to be 100% at fault and I am not sure but also that your rate will not go up. My dad just got rearended and the other guy didnt have insurance either. good luck

thanks i appriciate it and man that sucks there are some real scanless people out there and yeah i expect them to go up but i hope not skyrocket but good thing i work

So I must be confused, did the police come? You aren't sure if they had insurance?
If they are at fauilt without insurance, does the guilty party also acquire a ticket for DWI as well?

yeah they did come and the cop got all the info from the other kid and he gave me a copy so 2morrow ima go to my insurence and since his car couldnt move cuz he turnd it on and put in drive and it would make a grind noise so he gave me the copy and i left it was like a block away from where i live and the kid was younger than me
