The rear would work your abs would not. the 97- F bodies only have one abs sensor on the rear end. where as 98+ has one on each individual wheel. im not sure if they make a kit to change it or maybe u can swap the stuff off ur 10 bolt u have now.either way im not 100% sure but i thought i would throw that out anyways.
