I got these from ebay. The HIDs fit fine in them. They take an H3 bulb. So get an H3 HID kit. I went with 4300K. 6000K was my second choice. They would look great on your car.

What is the difference between 4300k and 6000k?

The difference is just the color. 6000K is white with a bluish tint. Looks good. I have it on my daily driver. The 4300K is pure white light.

With Firebirds you just learn to drive in the dark even though your lights are on.
