I've seen the G8 and based on just seeing the pics of the Dodge, forget about it. The G8 was sexy, hot and just plain gorgous. I would've bought one for the wife, but the first thing she said was it's a Pontiac. That was all she wrote, I've seen the same one driving around and it's badass looking. Just my two cents and I'm not really a crazy brand loyal ****, so I'll admit when some other brand is nicer or faster.

It's like comparing apples to rotten oranges... Again, the G8 is amazing for what it is, a VERY muscular looking and performing grocery getter but it pales in comparison to a real muscle car like the new Challenger.
Although I am bias since I have seen both in person...

Sorry, I meant to post these up a couple weeks ago.
Sat April 12 I went to Donut Derelicts in HB, then to Cars & Coffee in Irvine, there was an orange and a black production Challengers on hand.
Here's my pics.

I agree the G8 looks AMAZING (we went to test drive one, wife wanted to build hers on the spot but I am making her wait) ESPECIALLY compared to the GTO (what we drove up in) BUT it is NO WHERE NEAR the quality of the Charger.

Wow then the pics don't do that car justice, the G8 had a really nice interior, Navi and tons of room. I didn't drive it since the wife was pissy about the whole Pontiac thing.
