my bbq caught on fire and i burnt my foot!

my bbq caught on fire and i burnt my foot! This has to be one of the lamest, cartoonish things ive ever done to myself. I turn my grill on so i can make a hearty lunch of hot dogs, bacon, and chicken wings. while im waiting for it to warm up, i start cleaning my pool a little bit. then i hear a loud pop come from the grill. i shrug it off untill i see flames. i ran over, opened the lid and fireballs were shooting off in every direction. the un-cleaned grease pan had ignited. i reach through the flames and turn off the burners, but the fire continues to burn. i decide that desperate times call for desperate measures. so i run over to the garden hose is and ofcourse im in my bare feet. i have to step on this rock in order to reach the nozzle, and let me tell you that thing was hot. my foot started to burn. once i finally stepped off that rock every step to the grill hurt worse and worse. i finally battled the flames with the hose and put out the fire. now im left with no food and a burnt foot
