Well Didn't think It would turn out this way...
As you guys may remember or may not remember....that I took on a challenge where I would go Vegan for 3 weeks. I succesfully completed 3 weeks without having any meat, poultry, dairy or anything that had to do with animals.
Well anyways......because of this....I turned Vegetarian. Yeah its true....the once Gino the Carnivore you knew....is vegetarian now. I wanted to break the news publicly since alot of you guys on here are considered friends and cool people to hang out with. Thanks for reading fellas

On a serious note, I think all of our bodies respond differently to food. I know I feel "better" when I cut out carbs and eat nothing but fat and protein. I also lose weight this way without much exercise. The only downside is it's ******* hard to do. Daddy wants some cake, cookies, candy, bread, or pizza every now and then! Or try taking a client to lunch. "Yeah, can I have the grilled chicken salad with vinagrette dressing, hold the croutons."

Not really any....spend about the same amount for lunch everyday.
I can have cake, cookies, candy, bread and even pizza (cheese pizza or veggie pizza) It isnt so hard. To be honest....I thought It would be harder. On the last day of the 3 week bet.....one of my friends had a bbq....and he had this bbq chicken wings....that everyone seemed to love. I just stuck to the white rice and tostada salad. And munched on a lot of chips and salsa.
