Question would you trade ur SS Hood??

for a VFN SONOCO HOOD bolt type, no painting required.........
some guy back east wants my SS hood for his VFN SONOCO HOOD..
should i??? (i do like it!!)..is it a pretty even trade?????

Well to be honest I got bored with the Sunoco after a few months. It takes some work to get it to fit right, notching the hinges, adding a spacer to the latch, moving the fenders in, endless adjustments of the little stoppers. I'm trying to get my SS hood back right now as a matter of fact.

you know how bad *** your car would look with that hood??? lol but i don't know man, if you really want to go for it, how is the paint on that other hood??

wow, really u got bored with it, why was it just the look or? or is it that carmaros (are expected 2 b fast) suppose to be fast with that type of hood.

Don't get me wrong, it's a badass hood, just a bit much. I am looking to go back to a more stock looking car. I'm going more road race/AutoX with the SS now.

I have changed plans for a drag car. I'm considering a Notchback with my spare LS1 and TH400 tossed in.
