What's it worth???

Ok I am looking for feedback on this guy's and what you think... I am selling my LS1 motor with 56,xxx miles on it and I might leave the upgraded valve train and the F13 cam in it.. Also it has a ported LS6 oil pump to that I put in with the cam 800 miles ago.. So my question's is how much should I ask for it??? I am going to replace my Fast 92 intake with the stock one and sell the intake by itself since I am not going to use it with my new 438.. The motor is coming out of my 2000 WS6 and run's flawless with no leak's... So help me out guy's so I can get this thing sold... NOTE that everything that I take off that is after market will be replaced with the stock part's.

Also mod's if this is the wrong place for this can you please move the thread to the right place because I didn't know hwere to put this..Thanks

The value is highly subjective based on where you live and what someone is willing to pay. I've seen people pay $1500 for a 100k+ motor and other people pay the same money for a 20k virgin. The market is also flooded with people that think these motors are gold and that they can get a fortune for them. I am guessing you are selling just the bare long block and that it has a LS1 manifold and not an LS6 manifold. TO me it would be worth $1500 ish, maybe a bit more.

:stupid: Definetely!

FWIW, just over a week ago I bought a LS1+T56 combo from a 02 TA which had about 80K miles and paid $2500 for it.

And that included wiring harness, all accessories, PCM etc.

Thanks fellas for the advice.. I didn't want to ask for to much and not move the block... More then likely I will take off all the after market stuff and sell the full block stock.
