I have no idea what those mods would cost but finding a buyer that appreciates what you have done with the car is the most important step. Personally I think your $11,500 price is a good deal for you. Afterall it is a 13 year old car that needs a new top. You can't re-coup mod $$ in most instances or just about 25-33% of the mods original costs. You would have to figure that out. If $10,000 in mods then add about 25% of that, which is $2,500 to the price of an average '98 T/A. That's why I'm guessing that $11,500 you suggested would be a good deal for you. Good luck!

Depending on the buyer, mods can help or hurt your asking price. TA's are not selling at book value right now unless it is a specific color or option combo with the right buyer.
M6s are selling higher becasue they are harder to find, and more people prefer coupes over verts to you're looking for a pretty specific buyer. You'll need someone who wants the mods, otherwise I think you'll get something in the $7500-9000 range.
